And boy did it SNOW!!! One of the biggest storms they've seen in years!! Thank you Jesus for my Christmas present!!!
On the plane trying to use up the 5 hours of flying!
Yeah we made it!!: VIDEOTheir house was built in the 1700s and it's so cool! When you are in it you feel like you've stepped back in time!
They have an old wood stove too that heats up the house! It became our favorite place to be, seeing that the coldest it got outside one night was 10 degrees.!! yikes!
The first full day we were there we were all hanging out in the living room and then all of a sudden we looked outside and it began to SNOW!!! YAAAAAY!

The next day it melted and I was like "What the heck!" Then right after that was the hugest STORM EVER!! Then the real snow came!
Okay so the Roques have this tradition where they pick the BIGGEST Christmas tree they can find.... and boy they weren't kidding!
This thing was so huge it took up 1/2 the living room and was too tall for the ceiling....
NO PROBLEM.. We'll just cut it!.....

My girlfriend Lisa who worked with me in Santa Barbara lives like 5 minutes from Luke's family... which is SOOO CRAZY.... So we had to meet up for a beer at the old Pub.. =)
While we were walking around town it began to snow.. and snow and snow...!!
Luke's best friend Steve had a Christmas party at his parent's house and it was fun seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Katelyn, Steve's girlfriend was there and we all had a blast hanging out in Malden together!

We took the train to downtown Boston! So fun! We got Christmas lattes and walked around and window shopped!

Christmas Morning: VIDEOChristmas day all the extended family came over and we had such a blast hanging out, chatting it up and eating.. and eating .. and eating!! What else can you do when it's 15 degrees out? =)
Back on the plane! SUPER TIRED.. Can't you tell.. hehe .
That ends our East Coast Adventure... Now onto Hawaii!! But before that we get one more day in SB with our friends for a goodbye party at the Dellars! They are so good to us!

oh man! I love seeing those snow pictures. They are so beautiful (really like the one pointing down the street with the trees and all the ones of you guys bundled up!).

you did have a great trip to your folks and Dale and your Dad do look alike!! hysterical. what a beautiful family you have. And the snow, just for you Bethany, The Lord continues to prove Himself over and over and over.
