It's been a busy teaching week! / also PLEASE PRAY FOR THE UGANDA TEAM! Major witchcraft happening!

Well since we've been here in the Sunny Coast with our teams overseas we've handsome opportunities to teach and speak together.

Last week I spoke at the girls SBS weekly breakfast. It was such a fun time and I just really felt like God wanted to encourage them through prophetic words So I spent the few days before praying over their names and writing down what I felt God was saying. It was good practice for me to hear gods voice and practice prophecy. The girls seemed really blessed and some of the words I got were really spot on which was encouraging for me.

This week we were asked to come to the YWAM Brisbane Base to teach on Relationships. This was exciting for us and our first time teaching together. It was neat sharing our story and the DOs and DON'Ts in relationships. We were able to share areas where we had messed up and other areas where we've had victory. Afterward so many of the students came up and said how they learned so much and also had more questions etc. It felt good to help disciple the next generation in how to have a Godly relationship and do it the right way. Go God!

ABOUT OUTREACH TEAMS
Please pray for our teams. Especially the Uganda team. They have faced so many attacks. There is so much spiritual warfare there and overt witchcraft that we don't see often in the west. Witch doctors can put curses on people and houses etc that can really affect a place. We feel the sickness we are seeing is a result of something like this. Even the contact there (who has seen many teams come and go) has never seen such attack and so quickly. 4 people getting malaria in the first week is unheard of. Also our leaders said they haven't felt more depressed, lonely and discouraged than ever before. And this is amidst HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE GETTING SAVED WEEKLY!! Its such attack!! One of the students has been in this funk for almost the whole time he's been there and wants to go home he feels so defeated.

So WE NEED PRAYER!!
PLEASE!!

Ok I'll keep you posted!

Love you all

Luke and Bethany
