Go Pass It On Tour!

This week was crazy but amazing! We worked with YWAM Brisbane and helped them fulfill a vision they had to reach all the country towns in Australia, bringing the gospel and the love of Jesus back to the people... They had a vision of young people running from town to town with a baton as a symbolic act of passing on the gospel to the next generation.. And when they arrive to the town they would set up a huge tent and serve the community however they needed- doing service projects, after school programs, and every night had activities in
the tent that would minister to the people like a youth night with games, snacks and music, teaching on the father heart of God, island breeze who performed tribal dance with fire sticks and did the hula...

So we joined up with them for one week of the tour and ministered in the small town of Murgon Australia!


We all slept on a church floor! Doesn't it look like a refugee camp? Lol



We ran for the first day from Kingaroy, the last country town they ministered in, to the small town of Murgon.









We set up the huge tent where we had our nightly activities..









We did painting projects for the town's public bathrooms and info building...












We rebuilt the town's community center garden and kids playground...















We taught the bible in public schools during their Religious Education hour (which is AMAZING that Australia still allows Christianity to be taught in school) We ministered in white schools and aboriginal
schools...

We prayed for them that God would show them His love!






It was a great week! By the end of the time the whole town knew who we were! They loved us so much that many random people from the town would walk up to the places where we were working and bring us treats, snacks and drinks to thank us for what we were doing! One woman said she could tell we were different by the way we treated each other and that she wished there were more people in the world like us... We knew she was seeing Jesus. All the churches in the area rallied around us and we all worshipped in the tent together!



So it was a good week! We are pooped but God was glorified!
