TEAM BARCELONA!! View this email in your browser Can you pray for our team? We really need your prayers! Lecture phase has been amazing and all the students have grown so much but what has been the biggest pressing need right now is our need for prayer for outreach. We have been feeling a lot of attack which doesn't surprise us seeing that we will be sharing a LOT about Jesus and his love over there… the devil HATES that!  God has make it abundantly clear that we are to lead a team to Barcelona, Spain and so we are going for it with all we've got. We've been practicing dramas and praying and preparing each week for this outreach and we are super excited.  Here is our beautiful team: Top Left to right: John, Susanna, Jordan, Caleb, Luke, Josh. Bottom left to right: Jean May, Janaye, Tessa, Bethany, Tim. We will be doing a lot of street evangelism, dramas and praying for people who maybe feel sick or who need prayer. We are working with a Spanish girl named Estter who did her SBS here in Australia but lives in Spain and a guy named Julio who has an evangelistic ministry called "Saetas"     http://www.saetas.es/us/the-founder/ He was an ex-gang member who was RADICALLY changed by Jesus and now his goal is to reach Europe for Christ! We are so blessed to join with both of them for 2 months.  OUR REQUEST: We need prayer EACH WEEK. So would you be able to sign up for 1 or 2 weeks during our time away to pray EACH DAY specifically for us and for protection from the enemy and for openness with the people we meet there in Spain? And whatever else you feel to pray for - our marriage, unity in the team etc. We will try to update you with what is going on when we can. We have really felt the need for prayer for this trip more than ever before. And would feel so blessed to have your partnership in prayer during this time. HERE ARE THE DATES 2 Weeks before we leave we need prayer: Week A - April 13-19 Week B - April 20-26 Barcelona  Week 1 -  April 26 - May3 Week 2 - May 3 - 10 Week 3 - May 10 - 17 Week 4 - May 17- 24 Week 5 - May 24 - 31 Week 6 - May 31 - June 7 Week 7 - June 7 - 14 Week 8 - June 14 - 21  CAN YOU EMAIL US THE WEEKS YOU PICK? And we will write them down and try to update you as much as possible? Things you can already be praying for: 1. Bethany is really sick with a lung cough that will NOT go away. It's been 15 days and last night she had a fever and started losing a TON of energy. She is going to the doctor tomorrow. 2. Pray for team unity. At the beginning of this lecture phase we didn't all feel very close but now that it's been a few weeks we are starting to feel better but we still need to fight for it.  3. Practicing dramas. Bethany created a few dramas and we are doing one we already know but can you pray for the team to supernaturally focus and learn them quickly and to be really good at them.  4. Prayer: we as a team need to be praying a lot together so can you pray that we all get a heart of prayer together and that we flow well together in prayer. This will be our biggest weapon. 5. Not to be stressed. We both feel a bit stressed during this crunch time because not only are we DTS directors and overseeing this whole program, we are staffing this school and taking an outreach, and we are trying to get our taxes done, pack, train the next school leaders, and spiritually lead our Barcelona team, disciple all our DTS staff, etc… Bethany has been feeling at the brink of tears lately and we just need to slow down some how. Can you just pray?  Ok that's it for now.   Some quick highlights from Lecture Phase We had the privilege of baptizing some of our students and staff! it was a glorious day!! BYRON BAY: We went for a week down to Byron Bay which is the backpacker MECCA of Australia. 1.7 MILLION backpackers come through this little town each year so you meet people from all over the world each day and it's a great place to share God's love with people. Luke prayed for a guy (not the one in the pic) who had an arm cast and was COMPLETELY healed right there on the spot. The guy was tripping out and brought his wife over and they couldn't believe he was healed. They were both from Israel. Go GOD!! These two girls (in the pic below) with their packs to the camera were from England and we prayed for them and they both just LIT UP and said they couldn't "figure out" why they felt SO GOOD and walked away beaming with joy. There were so many other stories of people being loved by God that it took our team 3 HOURS  to share them all! It was amazing. Bethany has a MENTOR!!! And Luke too! Finally! Your prayers have been answered. A few months ago we met Ben and Jodie Hughes, Pastors of Pour it Out Church, and it was a match made in heaven. This couple has blessed us so much and we decided that their church is the place we want to call home. I wish I had a picture of both of them but my camera isn't great at taking photos at night =) We are students again!! We have been attending the School of Supernatural Ministry at Pour it Out Church. It's once a week for a year and you learn about praying for the sick, walking in the supernatural in everyday life, and just loving people for Jesus. We are LOVING it!! Ben and Jodie run this course.
